FAQ

MAP Coaching

MAP coaching is a great fit for people who feel ready for change but aren’t sure how to get there on their own. It works especially well if you’ve tried traditional methods before and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by old patterns
that don’t match who you want to become.

MAP may be right for you if you:

  • Feel weighed down by past experiences, stress, or emotional triggers
  • Notice self-doubt, procrastination, or fear getting in the way of your goals
  • Want deeper shifts, not just surface-level solutions
  • Are open to working with the subconscious mind in a gentle, science-based way
  • Crave more ease, confidence, and alignment in your daily life
  • Are ready to show up for yourself with honesty, patience, and curiosity

MAP is especially helpful for people who want emotional freedom, clarity, or a sense of inner stability — without having to relive old traumas or push through resistance.

It’s also a wonderful option if you’re already doing personal growth work and want something that accelerates your progress in a safe, supportive, and efficient way.

If you’re unsure whether MAP coaching is right for you, we can talk through it during a complimentary Clarity Call. Together, we’ll explore what you’re looking for and determine whether MAP aligns with your needs and intentions.

During a MAP session, you’ll be gently guided into a relaxed, mindful state where your mind and body can communicate more easily.

I’ll connect with your energy and use muscle testing (a form of kinesiology) on myself to communicate with your subconscious.

This allows us to identify and clear blocks that may be holding you back, gently and without you having to relive painful memories.

You’ll remain fully conscious and in charge the entire time.

After a MAP session, many people feel lighter, calmer, and more peaceful — like a gentle weight has been lifted.

MAP works to help release old patterns from your subconscious so new, more supportive ones can be built in their place.

It’s a bit like going to the gym, but for your mind and energy system.

After a workout, your body may feel a little tired and need time to rest and rebuild. MAP is similar — your inner system is reorganizing in the background. You might feel a little tired, tender, or notice a shift as things settle into place.

These shifts are a sign that change is happening. Over the next few days or weeks, you may start to notice more ease, better focus, less reactivity, or more confidence in your decisions.

Everyone integrates at their own pace. Be gentle with yourself. Drink water, take breaks, and give yourself time to rest if you need it. Trust your system — it knows exactly what to do with the new balance you’ve created.

ADHD

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental difference that affects how the brain regulates attention, energy, and executive functioning – the mental skills that help us plan, organize, and follow through on tasks. While ADHD is often associated with hyperactivity and impulsivity, it can also show up as mental restlessness, emotional intensity, difficulty prioritizing, or feeling easily overwhelmed.

For many people, especially those who socialized as female, ADHD can go unnoticed or be misunderstood for years. Instead of the “hyperactive” stereotype, they may experience inner chaos, chronic overwhelm, perfectionism, or exhaustion from masking their struggles. These patterns can affect confidence, relationships, and self-trust – yet they often reflect the brain’s unique way of processing information, not a lack of effort or ability.

ADHD is influenced by a mix of genetic, neurological, and environmental factors. It’s not a flaw or a moral failing – it’s a difference in how the brain manages motivation, focus, and emotion. With understanding, compassionate support, and the right tools, people with ADHD can harness their creativity, intuition, and resilience to thrive in all areas of life.

An ADHD coach partners with you to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. We help you:

  • Create personalized strategies that work with your ADHD brain
  • Build practical systems for time management, organization, and task completion
  • Develop accountability and follow-through on your goals
  • Identify and leverage your unique ADHD strengths
  • Navigate work, relationships, and daily life challenges
  • Build confidence and overcome negative self-talk

Unlike therapy, ADHD coaching is action-focused and future-oriented. We don't
diagnose or treat ADHD—we help you manage it effectively and thrive with it.

ADHD coaching is a safe space to learn more about how your brain works — and how to make life feel a little easier.

During a session, we’ll explore what’s working in your life right now, what feels hard, and what matters most to you.

You can expect curiosity, compassion, and teamwork. As your coach, I will take the role of your thinking partner, not your boss.

I’ll help you explore your own insights so you can decide what feels right for you.

Together, we’ll help you better understand how your unique brain works so you can build strategies that work for you, not against you.

Coming to sessions with a growth mindset, being curious, open to change, and willing to apply new ideas during and in between sessions will help you make the most of our sessions together.

After a session, you might feel inspired, thoughtful, or even a bit tired — and that’s all normal.

You’re rewiring old patterns and learning new ways to focus, plan, and be kind to yourself.

Nope, no diagnosis necessary. ADHD Life Coaching is for anyone who suspects they may have ADHD, is struggling with time management, organization, emotional regulation, or otherwise reaching your goals.

Combining ADHD Coaching with the MAP Method offers the best of both worlds — practical strategies for everyday life and deep subconscious healing for the inner patterns that make change feel hard to sustain.

People with ADHD often know what they “should” do — but struggle to follow through because of emotional blocks, self-doubt, or old conditioning. MAP helps address those deeper layers by gently retraining the subconscious mind to feel safe, capable, and calm. Then, ADHD coaching provides the structure, accountability, and support so that you can successfully create real-world strategies and solutions that work for your unique brain.

Together, these two approaches help you:

  • Release the emotional reactivity and self-criticism that often come with ADHD
  • Build supportive routines and systems that feel natural and sustainable
  • Strengthen focus, confidence, and follow-through
  • Align your mind, body, and energy so that change feels manageable, not forced

This integrated approach helps you create lasting change — not just by thinking differently, but by feeling and being different.

Sessions are held virtually by zoom.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes up to an hour and a half, depending on which approach we decide is right for you.
